    Yes, we accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, Cigna, Aetna, All Kids and United Healthcare. We also offer a self pay option.

    We offer individual and family sessions to assist you in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief, family conflict, workplace issues, women's issues, life transitions, parenting and more.
  • Does Caring Connections Counseling Services offer in person or telehealth services?
    We are currently only providing therapy via telehealth.
